Senior Systems Engineer - Reading - Water Industry - £58,000 basic salary - Company Van - Water Industry Work - 40 hour basic week - 33 Days Holiday
J3A Recruitment are proud to be working with a MEICA specialist and water industry market leader. Due to recent contract wins and business growth, they are now looking to strengthen their Systems Division with a Senior Systems Engineer.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for full life cycle of engineering projects in which they will be carried out safely, efficiently and cost effectively. You will be responsible for the following;
* Surveying & writing clear reports.
* Production of detailed and professional functional design specifications (FDS) to a high quality.
* Bespoke program development, configuration and modification of PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
* Production and delivery of professional Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Customer facing FATs (CFAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) reports.
* On site installation, testing, fault finding and commissioning.
Must haves for Senior Systems Engineer
* Experienced in Industrial Automation (Specifically, Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic, FTView HMI), software design and implementation, with a sound knowledge of Process Control techniques.
* PLC Programming experience
* Electrical awareness as you will be working in and around electrical panels and equipment.
* Computer literate / good IT skills.
* UK Driving License.
* Experience in the water industry would be highly beneficial

* Salary up to £58,000 dependent on experience
