This rewarding role involves working with primary aged students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a part-time/ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to primary SEN students.
Implement individualised education plans and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
Assist with classroom activities and ensure a safe and supportive learning space.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with primary-level students with a range of SEN, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other complex needs.
Understanding of various teaching strategies and methodologies for students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work on a part-time/ad hoc basis.
