They are growing their Building Surveying team and need someone confident across both professional and project instructions.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver professional surveys including TDD, Dilapidations, SoC, PPM and RCAs
• Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and asset improvement schemes
• Advise clients across the full property lifecycle
• Manage instructions from enquiry through to completion
• Build strong relationships with investors, corporates and public sector clients

This is a genuine 50 50 mix of professional and project work, with the balance flexing depending on pipeline.

What we're looking for
• Solid grounding in professional Building Surveying work
• Comfortable managing your own workload and clients
• Commercially aware and technically sharp
• Collaborative mindset with high personal standards

Salary & benefits

• £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
