Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 51,356.00 per year

Job Responsibilities

Lead the development of a smart, integrated public transport network.

Collaborate with bus operators, community transport, and stakeholders.

Promote public transport within the council and the county.

Supervise, develop, and support staff while building a strong team.

Manage projects and partnerships across organizations.

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Experience working with local authorities and elected members.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Project management expertise.

Skills in partnership and relationship management.

Nice to Have:

Experience in raising the profile of public transport.

Background in working across various service areas.
