We are seeking an energetic and driven Student Enrichment & Engagement Officer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student development and engagement, with a keen understanding of current youth trends and effective use of social media. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting student enrichment and the student voice, particularly focusing on young adults with barriers to learning and SEND.
Day-to-day of the role: - Lead and develop cross-college enrichment programs, including holiday programmes and residential trips.
- Facilitate and enhance the student voice within the college and the wider community.
- Engage students in activities that develop their skills and widen their participation during their college years.
- Work closely with students to understand their needs and interests, using this information to tailor enrichment activities.
- Create and maintain an alumni community to foster long-term engagement with past students.
- Utilise social media and other digital platforms to promote events and activities effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in student engagement and enrichment activities.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by young adults with barriers to learning and SEND.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of social media as a tool for engagement and promotion.
- Ability to innovate and implement new ideas for student participation and voice.
- Enthusiastic about working with young adults and contributing to their educational and personal growth.
