SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Chesterfield)
Location: Chesterfield
Days: Between 3 to 5 days per week Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about helping children reach their potential? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across primary schools in Chesterfield.

This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children, has experience supporting those with additional needs, and wants a flexible, varied schedule.

What You'll Do:

Support children with SEND to access learning and build confidence

Assist teachers in classroom and small-group settings

Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion

Help pupils with social, emotional, and academic development

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with additional needs in schools, nurseries, care, or similar settings

A caring, patient, and reliable approach

Flexibility to work across multiple primary schools in Chesterfield

Availability for at least 3 days per week

No formal TA qualification required
