Dispute / Litigation Paralegal - Norwich / Norfolk

This is an attractive new opportunity for a talented and motivated Litigation / Disputes Paralegal to join a reputable and successful firm during an exciting period of departmental growth.

This opportunity would initially be based out of our client's regional offices, and subject to training and supervision needs should naturally allow for an increased presence from their Norwich office if desired.

This position will offer strong exposure to work a broad range of Property related Disputes, with the team specialising in the following - landlord/tenant matters, contested lease renewals, lease terminations, rent reviews, dilapidations, forfeiture, boundary disputes and restrictive covenants. There will also be additional opportunity to support across other civil and commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Disputes / Litigation Paralegal who holds a professional pro-active approach and will be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and will be experienced in preparing court bundles, liaising with counsel, drafting court documents, taking witness statements, processing evidence, drafting various claim forms and agreements, and providing wider administrative support to fee earners.
