The position requires strong leadership, organisation, and a hands-on approach within a fast-paced production environment.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience working in an audio visual, live events, or technical production warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse management or team leadership experience.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of AV equipment including video, audio, and control systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Desirable

• Experience with warehouse management or asset tracking systems.
• Forklift licence or warehouse equipment training.
• Experience working with large-scale events, exhibitions, or broadcast productions.
