Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Specialist to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility within the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new HORECA clients to grow market share.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Promote the brand and product portfolio through effective presentations, tastings, and promotions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Negotiate trading terms and agreements with key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and performance.
Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Conduct regular site visits and maintain a strong on-the-ground presence.
