We're working with a fast-growing industrial and engineering business that is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team across the UK.

This is not a "keep things ticking over" role.

This is a role for a sales leader who wants to build, coach and win.

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing a national team of Area Sales Managers and Business Development Managers

Driving new business growth across key industrial and engineering sectors

Building a high-performance sales culture focused on activity, accountability and results

Coaching and developing salespeople to exceed targets

Working closely with senior leadership to execute commercial strategy

What we're looking for:

A proven sales leader with experience in industrial, engineering, construction or technical product sales

Someone who understands how to build pipeline, drive activity and close deals

Experience managing regional or national sales teams

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to win in competitive markets

A leader who sets the pace and raises the standard

What's on offer:

£75k - £95k basic salary
