Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Mazak/Mazatrol)

Overview:
Our client, a renowned and forward-thinking manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. This key role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machine tools, supporting the production of high-quality components in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate various Integrex machine tools

Load and run CNC programs accurately

Set cutting tools and establish tool/workpiece datums

Monitor tool conditions and carry out maintenance when needed

Conduct self-inspection of completed parts to ensure adherence to layouts and customer drawings

Requirements:

Solid experience setting CNC Milling and Turning machines

Skilled in using Mazak/Mazatrol machine tools

Strong working knowledge of machine controllers

High attention to detail and self-inspection capabilities

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and planning layouts

Proactive approach to problem-solving and tool maintenance
