The Client Relationship Specialist will be joining a business finance team where you will provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed those wherever possible, along with providing solid and consistent support to the sales team and business partners.
Working as part of a small, motivated and driven department, the ideal team member will have previous experience in the Financial Services industry and in similar operational or customer facing role, with excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with sales and partners to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to customers.
• Provide support with processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets
• Checking and collating documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner, to ensure customer needs are met and accounts are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals
• Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, intermediaries and customers
• Ensure all company systems are kept updated with relevant customer information and to agreed data quality standards

• Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Have proven experience of working proactively and taking initiative
• Possess the ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments
• Can develop and maintain relationship both internally and externally
• Have experience of providing excellent customer support
• Lastly, you're passionate about customer support, and working with a team to develop an effective and efficient business.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
• Have previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
