Based in Colchester with hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance and sales experience who enjoys a target-driven environment and building strong client relationships.You will play an important role in handling and converting new business enquiries, supporting clients through the insurance process while delivering a high level of service.Key Responsibilities

• Converting inbound and generated leads into new business opportunities
• Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
• Building relationships with insurers, introducers, and internal teams
• Working towards individual and team targets for income, conversions, and lead generation
• Managing client communications and following up on documentation and requirements
• Providing a professional and consultative service to clients throughout the process

About You

• Previous insurance experience is essential
• At least 2 years’ sales experience, ideally within a new business environment
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Target driven with a proactive and positive approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
