We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful onboarding of business functions and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the EMEA North Region.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimise supply chain operations, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods. Manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver accurate, relevant, and timely reports. Track and monitor KPIs, identifying trends that inform strategic decisions.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Documentation & Process Management: Document all reporting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability. Maintain clear records of methodologies and data sources.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Lead meetings to present findings, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in pivot tables, charts, lookups, and formulas.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Exceptional Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret a number of Supply chain operations datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
