A well-respected primary school located in Guildford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating early years education to lay a strong foundation for our students' future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and engaging learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of young learners.
Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the EYFS framework, fostering children's social, emotional, and academic development.
Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas of growth and areas that may require additional support.
Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on children's development and achievements.
Promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure a well-rounded and supportive educational experience.
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS teaching experience.
Strong passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with young children and their families.
Creative and innovative teaching methods that inspire curiosity and exploration.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive early years learning environment.
Knowledge of assessment and observation techniques in EYFS.
A valid DBS certificate is required.
