Candidates must be:

Confident in operating under Procurement Act 2023
Includes timely publishing of notices under the Act
Procurement Act 2023 Practitioner (Government Commercial College TPP training)
Will be involved in end to end (requirement to award, no contract management) procurement of Goods, Services, Works (except ICT, Social Care, Light Touch)
Confident in using eTendering system (Proactis preferable but training can be provided)
Able to work independently
Hands on: drafting documents, notices etc
Proactive approach: actively working on allocated matters and seeking specialist input where required
Willing to 'do the doing' there will be no admin support, we have a number of projects to be progressing
