Are you a passionate, resilient, and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference? Our Burnley-based Alternative Provision is seeking a skilled practitioner to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified HLTA with experience supporting learners with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
• Someone calm, patient, and adaptable, with excellent behaviour management skills
• A team player able to deliver planned lessons, support small groups, and build strong relationships
• A positive role model who is committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
