TSR Legal are proud to be working with a growing law firm who now have a new opportunity for a Paralegal to join them in the outskirts of Newport. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique law firm, led by an industry-recognised Legal 500 lawyer.

The Role

You will support a busy civil litigation caseload with a particular focus on debt recovery matters. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and the chance to develop your technical skills quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with a varied caseload of civil litigation and debt recovery files
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing case files from instruction through to resolution
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Supporting enforcement actions and post-judgment processes

About You

• Previous experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, driven, and keen to learn
• Due to the firm’s location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
