We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Midsomer Norton. This is a strong opportunity for a manager who enjoys stabilising and growing a service, with the benefit of no on-call requirements and a supportive senior structure. It is in a rebuild phase, making it well suited to someone confident in driving performance, culture and growth. Having supported this provider with management level recruitment at another branch, I can confidently say the support structure is strong, and the business prioritises employees on all levels.
 
What's on offer:

£42,000.
Bonus scheme linked to maintaining stable hours.
Flexitime.
33 days' annual leave.
No on call. 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
Stabilising and growing the service, increasing hours of care in a sustainable way.
Managing, developing and supporting all existing and new employees.
Driving recruitment to support growth and maintain service quality.
Identifying areas for business growth.
Promoting staff wellbeing through effective leadership, teamwork and a positive, supportive culture.
Building relationships with local stakeholders to support referrals and service development.
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality care standards. 
Registered Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
Experience stabilising or growing a service would be advantageous.
