Custom millwork and design company seeks Project Manager with minimum 3‐5 years’ experience working in the millwork, architectural or construction industries.
Attend weekly project overview meetings
Meet with Account Executives to assess upcoming projects
Provide detailed estimates for outgoing contracts
Maintain schedules for all active projects
Prepare for project kickoff meetings
Monitor all phases of a project to maintain schedule and budget
Work with subcontractors as necessary
Identify and provide estimates for any change orders
Provide quality control on all aspects of the project
Conduct pre-install staging review of entire project
Plan installation and lead team through the install
Review punch list and confirm all items are addressed in a timely manner
Close file on the project once complete
