CAMHS Professionals is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated team working night shifts in our CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist environment supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. We pride ourselves on delivering trauma-informed, compassionate care using evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

⭐ What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to young people with complex mental health needs

*

Lead on clinical decision-making during night shifts and ensure safe, effective care

*

Conduct thorough risk assessments and care planning in partnership with young people and their families

*

Contribute to DBT-informed practices and a psychologically safe environment

*

Supervise and support junior staff and contribute to clinical handovers

*

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain professional records

🔍 What We're Looking For:

*

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC PIN

*

At least 6 months' experience working within CAMHS or adolescent mental health settings

*

Confident in managing challenging behaviour and risk during night shifts

*

Understanding of therapeutic models (DBT desirable)

*

Strong communicator and team player, with a reflective and proactive mindset

*

Committed to safeguarding and quality improvement
