The directors of a long-standing construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects and is able to comfortably commute to East London / Essex.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a diverse QS/EA/PM role on a broad array of projects including newbuild housing developments, commercial, school extensions, and various bank commissions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Previous or current experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• MRICS would be a plus but not essential
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable carrying out a QS/EA/PM role
• A successful track record of running multiple projects
• Client facing
