Description

Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Support in both Purchase and Sales Ledger
Reconcile supplier statements
Ensuring all invoices are logged and approved
Ensure payments are made
Provide administrative support where required
Support the wider finance team Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant:

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in using accounting software
Experience with Excel
