Just a few months in, we've already grown to a team of 6 and we're moving fast. Our goal? 10 heads by the end of the year and now we're looking for hire #7.

You'll work directly with our sales focused Directors, including the MD, an experienced leadership team with nearly 50 years in recruitment. All started as trainees, growing successful markets and divisions. Our MD brings 18 years' experience, having led a business from trainee to shareholder through a successful exit. This is a leadership team that's in the thick of it, doing the job as you'll be doing it, with a shared ambition to make ReeVR the leading name in STEM recruitment.

As a Business Development Manager you'll be:

* Collaborating closely with our Managing Director and Sales Directors to expand our footprint in the STEM sector.

* Initiating and leading high-impact client conversations by phone and face-to-face to generate new business.

* Building deep, long-term client partnerships through regular, insightful meetings.

* Driving proactive lead generation and consistently exceeding weekly activity targets to accelerate your success.

Who We're Looking For

* You're confident, coachable and competitive.

* You're resilient, self-motivated and willing to put in the work for big rewards.

* A strong communicator with proven skills in negotiation and relationship building.

* Previous B2B sales experience is essential, ideally from a recruitment background.
