The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work closely with the class teacher to bring lessons to life

Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

Provide both small group and 1:1 support

Help build pupils' confidence, independence, and love of learning

Play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
