Job Title:Town Planner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking environment where you'll work across a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial schemes to retail and leisure developments. You'll collaborate closely with experienced planners and high-profile clients, gaining exposure to every stage of the planning process.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver professional planning advice to clients across multiple sectors
Support and manage planning applications and strategic land promotions
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders
Contribute to project success, client satisfaction, and team growth
Identify new opportunities and assist with business development efforts
Attend client meetings and networking events as requiredWhat we're looking for:

Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
Strong understanding of the UK planning system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
