Are you ready to join a brokerage with a proven track record, substantial business volume and the infrastructure to help you perform at your best?

This established mortgage and property finance firm banks a significant level of business each month. Due to continued growth and an influx of new enquiries, they are now seeking a Mortgage Broker to help manage and convert client demand. You’ll work with a diverse mix of developers, introducers and international clients, offering genuine exposure, development and earning potential.

The Role

• Provide tailored mortgage advice across a range of lending scenarios
• Manage cases from first enquiry through to completion
• Support both UK-based and overseas clients
• Convert a consistent stream of qualified enquiries
• Build and maintain introducer and lender relationships
• Ensure all advice is compliant and client-focused
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team

About You

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in mortgage advice, broking or financial services
• Confident working remotely and managing your own pipeline
• Strong communicator with a client-centric approach
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
• Experience with international or non-standard cases is beneficial
