Position: Team Leader

Salary: €25,000 - €33,000 gross per annum + bonus

Do you have previous experience in Retail and are you passionate about fragrances and sales?
This well established, international leader, luxury fragrance specialist is opening one of their locations here in the Netherlands and they are looking for Team leader to join their team! To be a successful team leader you need to have proven track record of previous experience in sales in the Retail, fragrances, or cosmetics industry. As a Team Leader, you are second person in command, so if the retail manager is not present, you can assure that the locations is going to run successfully. You are fantastic with customer service and can recommend and showcase what the customer needs.
This is you
- Previous experience in a similar position with proven track record in sales
- Proven successful experience as a team leader or store supervisor preferably within the fragrance, retail or cosmetics industry
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory
What you will do
- Ensure excellent customer service for high customer satisfaction at all times
- Preserve store appearance and visual standards
- Understand customer needs and upsell when possible
- Recommend and showcase items that match customer preferences
- Manage sales transactions and meet daily sales targets
- Maintain deep product knowledge, to be able to describe product features accurately
- Manage staff schedules, shifts, and time-off requests
- Handle cash and bank deposits
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
