The role involves working primarily on residential properties, covering installations, repairs, and testing. • Carry out electrical installations in domestic properties (e.g. rewires, new sockets, lighting, consumer unit upgrades).
• Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks in occupied and void homes.
• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards (BS7671).
• Provide clear communication with homeowners, tenants, and team members.
• Maintain accurate job records and complete necessary certification.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) – Required.
• Experience working in domestic environments.
• ECS Gold Card – Preferred.
• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) – Desirable.
