French speaking Technical / Helpdesk Analyst - London - up to £31K

French fluent / native / bilingual

\*\*\* Cisco WebEx / Anywhere / Vision / Skype for Business - Vidyo \*\*\*

A leading Technology business who are leading the way in Business Telecoms, Video conferencing and Unified Communications organisation is looking to add to its 1st line support team.

You will be helping clients resolve technical and customer service issues yourself, as well as escalating them to the correct teams where necessary.

You must be fluent or have very strong skills in spoken and written French.

Core Skills and requirements:

\*\*\*Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English/French )

\*\*\*Some technical support experience from an IT / Telephony / Video support role

Technical experience may include:

\*\*\*Skype for business

\*\*\*Vidyo / Anywhere / Webex

\*\*\*The ability to manage a high workload by effectively managing your time

\*\*\*Previous Business-to-business customer service experience

\*\*\*Ability to embrace and pick up new products/skills/procedures

There is a salary of up to a maximum of £31000 on offer, in addition to an extensive benefits package, bonus structure and training scheme.
