WHY THIS ROLE?

The Associate Recruiter role is your early career launchpad into the world of SME technology recruitment. No recruitment experience? No problem. What we're looking for is passion, drive, and a serious appetite to learn. Through our Academy Programme, you'll work closely with senior recruiters to develop the skills and confidence to grow into a fully-fledged Consultant.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Learning recruitment best practices from the ground up

* Engaging with candidates to understand their motivations and career goals

* Writing eye-catching job adverts and promoting roles on social media

* Generating leads and mapping out potential business opportunities

* Booking interviews, taking feedback, and helping candidates through every step of the process

* Creating onboarding documentation and supporting new hires

* Recording videos and developing your personal brand online

* Becoming a key team player who drives our collective success forward
