Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Building Control Surveyors with day-to-day administration

Managing Building Control applications, Initial Notices, and project records

Liaising with clients, developers, architects, and contractors

Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records

Assisting with scheduling inspections and project coordination

*

General office administration and support

Key Requirements:

*

Experience in Building Control, construction, engineering, or property administration (highly desirable)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems

*

Professional and proactive approach
