SEN Teaching Assistant - The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with additional needs both on a 1:1 basis and within small groups. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies and help pupils access the curriculum effectively.

The role may involve supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges. A calm, proactive approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils is essential.
