Scheduler Planner - Fire Alarm Systems | Essex
Salary: £26,000-£35,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Are you a natural organiser with a knack for keeping projects running smoothly? Our client, a respected name in fire alarm installation and maintenance across Essex and the surrounding areas, is looking for a Scheduler Planner to join their growing operations team.

What you'll be doing:

* Coordinating engineer diaries to ensure efficient coverage across planned installations and reactive maintenance

* Liaising with clients to confirm access, timings, and schedule changes

* Supporting engineers with job documentation and logistical updates

* Monitoring KPIs and SLA targets to maintain compliance and service excellence

* Acting as a key link between the operations, engineering, and customer service teams

About you:

* Experience in a fast-paced scheduling or coordination role (ideally in fire & security or facilities management)

* Excellent communication and time-management skills

* Confident with scheduling software and Microsoft Office

* Calm under pressure and solution-focused

* Knowledge of fire alarm systems, NSI/BAFE requirements, or field service environments would be a plus
