Job Title - Sales Co-ordinator - £18,000

Reports To - Sales Manager

Objective of Role

Providing administration support to the sales team with whom you work closely with, ensuring all accounts within the territories are maintained, in addition to being involved in the general day to day operation of the office using excellent time management skills at all times.

Key Tasks

- To carry out all general correspondence and memo writing when required
- To ensure all filing is completed promptly and accurately
- To diarise appointments, ensuring the relevant individuals are informed
- To ensure confidentiality relating to correspondence or conversations are maintained at all times, both internally and externally
- To ensure all tasks issued are completed by the time stated, communicating any delays which may occur
- To liaise with all clients ensuring a polite, positive and professional manner is used at all times
- To be fully conversant on the range of services which are on offer by the company
- To demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
- To effectively manage individual administration meeting deadlines in order to provide excellent customer service
- To be fully conversant with Health Safety Regulations and to ensure they are followed at all times
- To be confident in problem solving and to be able to deal with customer complaints in a calm professional manner ensuring the quality standards are adhered to at all times
- To have an excellent telephone manner, being professional at all times
- To log all communications with clients ensuring accuracy, keeping all customer files updated

- To assist in the development of existing and potential customers
- To have excellent time management skills to manage workload and to maximise productivity
- To provide a professional company image at all times
- To ensure all relevant administration is kept up to date and accurate
- To ensure all customers queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively and all channels are followed
- To be fully conversant with the services and tariffs offered
- To complete tasks which are vital to maintain good customer service on a day to day basis and to give a reasonable amount of your time should the completion take you over your normal working hours
