Mortgage Advisor - Join Our Growing Team

Location: Manchester (Hybrid options available)

Salary: £28,000-£40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000-£100,000)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients

   

• Manage a steady flow of qualified leads

   

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service

   

• Work closely with our admin and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression

   

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lenders, criteria, and market trends

   

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

   

• Ideally 12+ months advising experience (CAS status preferred)

   

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

   

• A proactive, positive, and client-focused approach

   

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
