Tier 1 Auto Supplier seeks an Account Manager within the Sales Team, responsible for managing commercial relationships with automotive customers and leading internal detailed program management activities. Responsibilities: Serve as primary commercial point of contact for assigned customer. Responsible for leading business development and execution of customer sales strategies and business planning; starting from pre-RFQ through Award of Business (AOB). Coordinate and facilitate “Plans to Win”. Commercial lead supporting sustainable and profitable recurring business revenue as defined by corporate goals and targets. Serves as Voice of the Customer (VOC); communicating and facilitating customer information and managing, managing and completing action items. Responsible for preparation, submission and presentation of all quotation and technical presentation information per customer specific requirements. Responsible to manage and update corporate sales forecasts and booking plans forecast on a regular on-going basis, and to use and manage these tools as a primary instrument in managing customer sales strategies. Lead commercial representative for all commercial Program Management APQP deliverable requirements. Follow all Harada internal sales processes and communications standards. Leads all Harada internal sales process requirements. Supports all corporate monthly, annual and special report requirements. Coordinates development of annual/mid-term sales forecasts. Performs contract review on all new purchase orders/contracts. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Skills/Requirements: Bachelor Degree required. Business, Engineering or Marketing is preferred. 3-5 years professional Automotive Industry experience Thinks strategically and takes initiative – business minded. Automotive Industry Account Management experience and project management skills. Ability to organize, facilitate and communicate with a global cross functional organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data mining and intelligence gathering.
