Be a people manager and client lead in this analytics solutions role!

THE COMPANY

Agency focussing on delivering technical solutions to a wide range of clients. They work flexibly to suit you and directly with clients to deliver solutions from within the Microsoft stack!

THE ROLE

As an Data Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience. More specifically you will have to:

• Use PowerBI to provide dashboards that enable automated solutions across data
• Be comfortable using DAX code to build reports and explain the benefit these have for a client
• Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
• Focus on building client relationships and using this to develop their understanding of the Microsoft stack and how to use data in their business

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• An expert inP owerBi and DAX
• Good knowledge of using data to drive insights and business strategy
• Keen learner, eager to improve and happy to get stuck in!
• Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
