Private Client Solicitor - Wills & Probate

An established and highly respected law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and well-structured team in Stafford.

The Role

As a private client solicitor within this team, you will focus on core private client work - ideal for solicitors who enjoy traditional, relationship-led practice rather than highly technical tax planning.

Typical matters include:

• Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of Attorney
• General private client advisory work

The team consists of 5 solicitors, trainees and 7 experienced support staff – each solicitor benefits from full secretarial support!

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in private client law
• Experience running a caseload of wills, probate and LPAs
• Personable, professional and relationship-focused
• Comfortable with primarily office-based work in Stafford
• Team-oriented and happy working within an established structure
• Able to meet reasonable billing targets without pressure
• Open to flexible or reduced hours where needed

Benefits

• £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (up to £50,000 for highly experienced solicitors)
• Bonus: 10% of billings above 3x salary
