Pay: £90 - £115 per day

Location: Barrow & South Cumbria

Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time (Term Time)

The Role Are you a compassionate and energetic EYFS specialist? We are looking for Teaching Assistants to support Early Years departments in Barrow-in-Furness. You will play a vital role in a child's first steps into education, fostering a safe and creative learning environment.

Your Responsibilities * Support Learning: Lead small group interventions and support phonics sessions.

Foster Development: Use the EYFS framework to encourage play-based discovery and social skills.

Manage Dynamics: Maintain a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere while managing the unique energy of a nursery or reception class.
