Including, Asphalt Rollers, Single Drum Rollers, Pavers, Feeders, Planers and Stabilisers.Position Summary:* Manage and coordinate all service and parts activities for National Accounts, ensuring KPIs set out in service agreements are being met. * Provide regular communication and updates.* Provide support for the Service and Parts Team.Main Duties:* Response to incoming messages (phone, emails) within time limits set out in SLAs* Coordinate solutions with Service Controller and 3rd party suppliers* Provide regular updates during the machine down scenario* Ensure all documentation is provided in line with SLAs* Monitor parts spent and work with Parts Manager on increasing parts penetration* Monitor and manage Service Contracts* Log quality and technical issues on Internal Ticketing System* Provide regular reports on machine downtime, turnaround times, failure types to Service and Solutions Manager* Attend regular review meetingsRequirements:* Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor, Service Administrator, Service Controller or similar role in plant, agriculture or commercial vehicles with basic technical understanding* Excellent communication, telephone and negotiation skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)* SAP Experience preferred but not essentialInterested?Please send your CV to .
