Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

• Review corporate tax returns for technical risks and planning opportunities
• Assist with the provision of tax planning and advisory services, including tax due diligence projects
• Assist partners with corporate and OMB projects/consultancy work, resolving complex and varied issues
• Identify advisory opportunities from the firm’s corporate compliance work
• Draft technical material such as factsheets and articles

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

• Be CTA qualified
• Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
• Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
• Have worked on advisory projects
• Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
