Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Time and Half Paid Overtime

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm (Day Shifts)

We're working with a leading food manufacturing business that prides itself on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a hands-on and people-focused Production Team Leader to join their fast-paced operation at their site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of daily production performance, while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your production team to deliver on output, quality, and safety targets
• Conduct monthly 1:1 performance reviews with team members to support growth, development, and engagement
• Ensure the team works to the highest food safety and health & safety standards
• Drive daily operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• Monitor team productivity and address training or development needs
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operations and shift handovers
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/team leader role within FMCG or food production
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chilled production environment
• A natural problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A collaborative leader who brings out the best in others
