Restaurant management company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their team. The successful candidate will join this high-energy team, helping to support the critical business functions that keep their organization running strong and successful. As a driven Executive Assistant with a project management background, you will provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help the organization's growth.


• Calendar management: Sets the calendar and owns the daily itinerary and any meeting deliverables, communications, or follow-up.

• Managing repository for any maintenance and storage of any files or documentation and other various administrative duties when directed. Ensures appropriate technology is leveraged to execute tasks.

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Executive's behalf

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner

• Managing the Executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Project Management: Manages the status, resources, and timelines for all items and works with management and internal teams to update issues and advance the same.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Responsible for communicating updates, information, and changes.

• Performing minor accounting duties

• Coordinating and managing the processing of opening new stores

Job Requirements:

• Adept at building relationships both internally and externally to leverage resources when needed.

• Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters

• Strong communications/project management background to manage the complexity of the role.

• Proven ability to meet multiple and unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment

• 2 – 3 years experience providing support for upper-level management in a related organization

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to learn new software quickly

• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills

• Possesses strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform, take ownership of the position, and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and vendors

• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills

• A background in Communications is ideal.

• Comfortable with Project Management processes and acumen
