FLT Counterbalance Driver

Job Overview:

A well-established, Banbury based business have an immediate need for a FLT operator with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join their experienced, friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while also operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and organise stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Counterbalance Forklift Operation:
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods
Ensure that all goods are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
Follow health and safety guidelines when operating machinery to avoid accidents or injuries.
General Duties:
Assist with manual handling of goods when necessary.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including delivery notes, invoices, and returns.Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Ability to lift and move items manually
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Experience with stock control and basic warehouse operations is a plus.
