THE ROLE
* Deliver 1:1 personalised learning to children and young people who can't access mainstream education.
* Norfolk (including Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Thetford)
* English, Maths, Life Skills & tailored curriculum support
* Term-time only | Flexible scheduling available
* Travel required
* You'll work in quiet community settings or alternative provision environments, building trusted relationships while supporting academic and emotional progress.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach
* Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals
* Strong UK curriculum knowledge
* Confident behaviour management & adaptability
* Patient, relationship-focused approach
MUST HAVE:
* Experience working with children or young people
* Minimum 2 days availability per week
* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance)
* Right to work in the UK
WHAT WE OFFER
* Employed roles: £30,000-£38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks)
* Self-employed roles: £15-£35 per hour
* Ongoing safeguarding-led support
