Customer Service Agent
- Pay: £26,000 - £27,000 per year with monthly £200 to £300 bonus structure OTE
- Based in Walsall
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility
- Temporary to permanent contract
- This is an office-based role, five days a week
- Previous Call centre and Customer Service experience an advantage
Customer Service Agents in Walsall, located in the town centre, conveniently accessible by public transport and with parking available. As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in a lively office, handling inbound and outbound calls for a thriving business.
Your daily responsibilities will include re booking orders, interacting with drivers, managers, and site managers. All Customer Service Agents collaborate as a team, building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
You will receive ongoing training from day one, including regular one-on-one sessions.
Requirements of a Customer Service Agent:
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Call centre experience (advantageous)
- Ability to multitask
- IT skills, including confident use of Excel
- Relationship building skills
- Previous experience in Call Centre and Customer Service Agent roles preferred
