Property Assistant - Gloucester
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)

TSR Legal is working with a well-established, full-service law firm in Bristol, currently seeking a Property Assistant / Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in residential property law who enjoys supporting clients through traditional home moves.

The Role:
You will support a team of experienced conveyancers dealing primarily with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of second-hand (pre-owned) homes. Day-to-day duties include:

• Issuing quotes and opening new client files

• Assisting with client onboarding and compliance checks

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, and lenders

• Preparing contract packs and assisting with the conveyancing process

• Supporting through to exchange, completion, and post-completion tasks

About You:

• Strong administrative and communication skills

• Highly organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in conveyancing is helpful but not essential - full training provided
