Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach motor vehicle courses to students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2.
• Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
• Utilize your industry experience to inspire and support students from diverse backgrounds.
• Play a crucial role in promoting motor vehicle courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing your experiences as a lecturer.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends and educational methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience in the motor vehicle sector.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and articulating clearly to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records.
