• Producing clear, accurate drawing packages (plans, sections, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms).
• Taking ownership of small–medium design packages and supporting larger ones.
• Working closely with contractors, engineers, suppliers, joinery workshops, and fabricators.
• Presenting ideas, materials, and budgets to clients and project teams.
• Sourcing and specifying finishes, sanitaryware, ironmongery, lighting and FF&E.
• Helping develop detailed joinery, kitchen, and stone packages from concept through fabrication.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years experience in a UK interior design studio or working for a high end real estate developer.
• A portfolio showing high-end residential refurbishments and well-executed technical work.
• Confident understanding of UK Building Regulations and London apartment constraints.
• Comfortable working with listed buildings, period conversions, and bespoke detailing.
• Strong knowledge of natural stone, joinery construction, and premium finishes.

Ideal Skills & Attributes: 

• AutoCAD or Vectorworks (advanced)
• SketchUp
• Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
• Excel for schedules/specs
• Programa or similar (nice to have)
• Revit (bonus)
